Sukkot: Feast of Tabernacles
12 “On the fifteenth day of the seventh month you are to have a sacred assembly. 17 “On the second day, you are to offer twelve young bulls from the herd, two rams, and fourteen year-old male lambs without flaw, 18 with their grain and drink offerings, with the bulls, rams, and lambs as appropriate by their number according to the regulations, 19 plus one male goat as a sin offering, as well as the regular burnt offering with its grain and drink offerings.

20 “On the third day, offer eleven bulls, two rams, and fourteen year-old male lambs without defect, 21 with their grain and drink offerings, with the bulls, rams, and lambs the number specified, 22 and a male goat as a sin offering, in addition to the regular burnt offering with its grain and drink offerings.

23 “On the fourth day, ten bulls, two rams, and fourteen year-old male lambs without flaw, 24 their grain offerings and drink offerings with the bulls, rams, and lambs by their number according to the regulations, 25 and one male goat as a sin offering and the regular burnt offering with its grain and drink offerings.

29 “On the sixth day, eight bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old without defect, 30 with the bulls, rams, and lambs, their grain and drink offerings according to those numbers specified, 31 and one goat for a sin offering with the regular burnt offering and its grain and drink offerings.

32 “On the seventh day, seven bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs without defect a year old, 33 plus their grain and drink offerings, for the bulls, rams, and lambs according to the numbers specified, 34 in addition to one male goat for a sin offering and the regular burnt offering with its grain and drink offerings.

35 “On the eighth day there shall be for you an assembly. You are to do no regular work. 36 You are to offer to Adonai a burnt offering, a fire offering, a pleasing aroma, one bull, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old without defect, 37 and their grain and drink offerings, with the bull, ram, and lamb corresponding to their number according to the regulations, 38 and a goat for a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering with its grain and drink offerings.

39 “You are to prepare these for Adonai at your moadim in addition to your vow and freewill offerings, along with your burnt offerings, grain offerings, drink offering, and fellowship offerings.”

40 So Moses told Bnei-Yisrael all that Adonai commanded Moses.

Keeping or Nullifying Vows
30 Moses spoke to the princes of the tribes of Bnei-Yisrael saying, “This is what Adonai has commanded:

Our Sidra this week ends with the outline of the korbanot offered during Chag Hasukkot.  Delitzsch offers one of the best explanations:

"The feast of Tabernacles , the special regulations for the celebration of which are contained in Leviticus 23:34-36 and Leviticus 23:39-43, was distinguished above all the other feasts of the year by the great number of burnt-offerings, which raised it into the greatest festival of joy. On the seven feast-days, the first of which was to be celebrated with sabbatical rest and a holy meeting, there were to be offered, in addition to the daily burnt-offering, every day a he-goat for a sin-offering, and seventy oxen in all for a burnt-offering during the seven days, as well as every day two rams and fourteen yearling lambs, with the requisite meat-offerings and drink-offerings. Whilst, therefore, the number of rams and lambs was double the number offered at the Passover and feast of Pentecost, the number of oxen was fivefold; for, instead of fourteen, there were seventy offered during the seven days. This multiplication of the oxen was distributed in such a way, that instead of there being ten offered every day, there were thirteen on the first day, twelve on the second, and so on, deducting one every day, so that on the seventh day there were exactly seven offered; the arrangement being probably made for the purpose of securing the holy number seven for this last day, and indicating at the same time, through the gradual diminution in the number of sacrificial oxen, the gradual decrease in the festal character of the seven festal days. The reason for this multiplication in the number of burnt-offerings is to be sought for in the nature of the feast itself. Their living in booths had already visibly represented to the people the defence and blessing of their God; and the foliage of these booths pointed out the glorious advantages of the inheritance received from the Lord. But this festival followed the completion of the ingathering of the fruits of the orchard and vineyard, and therefore was still more adapted, on account of the rich harvest of splendid and costly fruits which their inheritance had yielded, and which they were about to enjoy in peace now that the labour of agriculture was over, to fill their hearts with the greatest joy and gratitude towards the Lord and Giver of them all, and to make this festival a speaking representation of the blessedness of the people of God when resting from their labours. This blessedness which the Lord had prepared for His people, was also expressed in the numerous burnt-offerings that were sacrificed on every one of the seven days, and in which the congregation presented itself soul and body to the Lord, upon the basis of a sin-offering, as a living and holy sacrifice, to be more and more sanctified, transformed, and perfected by the fire of His holy love (see my Archהol . i. p. 416)."

The total number of oxen offered during the 7 day chag, is 70.  This number according to Jewish tradition always refers to the number of nations (Gentiles).

Exodus 15:27 Tree of Life Version (TLV)
Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees. So they camped there by the waters.

12 = The 12 Tribes of Israel, while 70 = Gentile Nations.

Deuteronomy 32:8 Tree of Life Version (TLV)
When Elyon gave nations their heritage,
when He separated the sons of man,
He set boundaries for the people
    by the number of Bnei-Yisrael.

The Feast of Sukkot has a theme of "Gentile-Inclusion" within it's practice and participation.  In fact the rabbis also teach that those 70 bulls were offered on behalf of the Nations to make atonement for them.  Imagine, how God would have Israel make offerings on behalf of the world, most of which hated the Jews, and here they were interceding for them!

Sounds like something the Messiah would do!

Romans 5:8 Tree of Life Version (TLV)
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Messiah died for us.

Yesterday, I shared that the Spring festivals speak of Messiah's first advent, his death and resurrection.  The High Holy Days of Yom Teruah and Yom Kippur speak of His Return and judgement on the earth and the defeat of all of Israel's enemies.

Sukkot then is the ultimate fulfillment of the Almighty's desire to have a people for Himself, He will be our God, and He will finally dwell (Tabernacle) with them.

Revelation 21:3 Tree of Life Version (TLV)
I also heard a loud voice from the throne, saying,

“Behold, the dwelling of God is among men,
and He shall tabernacle among them.
They shall be His people,
and God Himself shall be among them
    and be their God.

SHABBAT SHALOM!
